Carbon Neutral Course

Chartered Management Institute Recognised Training Centre for Director Training Courses

We are Net Zero Carbon and will help you to understand and assess the implications of your organisation becoming Carbon Neutral.

We will explain how to successfully implement your Carbon Neutral Climate Strategy and how best to communicate it to your clients and customers.

We are an Institute of Leadership and Management recognised Training Centre

For any Carbon Neutral Climate Strategy to be successful and sustainable, it will need to be clearly beneficial to the Climate and be well communicated to your target market to ensure that it generates enough new sale revenues so that it is self-financing and hence sustainable into the long term.

We are a Chartered Management Institute Recognised Training Centre

The Carbon Neutral course will connect delegates with the latest market trends, regulatory changes and operational thinking in the area of ESG, Environmental Social and Governance and in particular Carbon Neutral approaches. We will be exploring the implications, responsibilities, challenges and opportunities offered by moving towards being Carbon Neutral; as well as the best ways to integrate best practice Carbon Neutral and Net Zero Carbon into the corporate objectives. All of these and other Climate related terms will be clearly explained and defined.

We will emphasise what has worked and what will work in practice. This is a very practical course, with extensive discussions around case studies. We will highlight any limitations in some of the theoretical approaches. There is a great emphasis on the real world evidence based success, drawn from extensive published research as to which strategic ideas and actions have been proven to generate genuine sustainable success.

We will plant 100 Trees per delegate day to help you towards your own personal Net Zero Carbon. Trees help the Climate by removing Carbon Dioxide from the air.

The best Carbon Neutral Implementations are most definitely not about green-washing or paying lip service to ESG. Actions are what are most needed. As various climate activists and even several mainstream politicians, including Presidents and Prime Ministers, have said:

• “Words alone are not enough- Actions are everything”, which has often been paraphrased by critics as
• “Blah blah blah”; said by activist Greta Thunberg and elder stateswoman Angela Merkel, ex-Chancellor of Germany; she retired on 8 December 2021

To ensure that the executives attending will achieve the maximum possible benefit; the numbers will be limited to a maximum of 8 delegates.

Recent Examples of Successful Carbon Neutral Practices

Anheuser-Busch InBev is the world’s largest brewer of beer.  It has for example combined sustainable profits ($5bn in 2021) with sustainable green climate friendly business practices.  Its two latest breweries are both Carbon Neutral. These are located in China and Brazil.

AB-Inbev are pioneers in sustainable brewing and continue to pursue innovation and partnerships in support of their global transition to a low carbon business. This Carbon Neutral is also the world’s most commercially successful brewer as measured by total annual profits.

They have proved that climate sustainability and commercial success are not mutually exclusive.  They can, when done well, create a spiral of self- reinforcing success. With each aspect helping the other to new heights of success.

Toyota, the largest car manufacturer in the world, announced its first Electronic Vehicle battery manufacturing plant in the USA.  It is a $1.3bn investment in a Carbon Neutral future.  Once again an example of strong profits and good climate practices working hand in hand.
