The Director Coaching 1:1 Training Programme will cover whatever you wish it to cover. It could potentially cover the full range of Director Competencies in which Directors should ideally be knowledgeable and competent. The content of the Director Coaching Workshops could, if you wish, be based completely upon your own company.  It could cover the current situation and any potential scenarios you may wish to discuss. It will cover whatever you want it to cover.

The most efficient way to improve Director Competencies is through the provision of one to one director coaching. This can fully take into account the precise level of your existing knowledge, experiences as well as the business capabilities and demands of your organisation and the competitive environment.

We could focus on any specific areas that you may request or we can assess your needs and tailor a programme specific to you.   • Director Coaching 1:1 Workshop Leaders

    These confidential 1:1 Director Coaching Programmes are delivered by some of the best Director Coaches in the UK.     The Senior Course Leader has experience as the Chief Executive and Finance Director of a Plc.  He is an FCA and an FIoD with a combination of extensive blue chip and SME experience.

    He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, an FCA, and a Chartered Director; the Board Director qualification awarded by the Institute of Directors.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He serves on the Thames Valley Board of the Chartered Management Institute. He has completed 11 years on the  Chartered Director Committee of the Institute of Directors. The body that advised the Institute of Directors as to what UK Board Directors should know in order to properly fulfil the role of a company director.  He has been closely involved at a senior level, for more than 20 years, in all aspects of the professional development of company directors and managers. He has served on the audit and remuneration committees of a Plc.

    He is actively involved in company acquisitions and disposals. He has practical experience of funding new start-ups and investments, including raising new Equity Share Capital. He has over 30 years of successful UK and International experience, including 7 years as the Finance Director, Company Secretary and then the Chief Executive of a Plc, as well as 14 years with KPMG Management Consulting, IBM and Arthur Andersen.

    Another is a Chartered Company Secretary and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and has spent many years as a Corporate Governance Tutor at the Institute of Directors and elsewhere. He has many years of experience as a Company Secretary and as a company director; both as a non-executive director and as an executive director.

    Yet another is a former Microsoft Inc. Finance Director.  Until late 2019, he was based in Seattle, in charge of their $4bn turnover Windows Application division.  During his last two years with Microsoft, he was part of the elite Microsoft Leadership Coaching team that nurtured and cultivated the talents of the Microsoft Senior Executive talent pool.

    He holds an Oxford University M.Sc. and is an accredited international executive coach.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, an FCA.  He has extensive experience in Leadership training and coaching and in the UK has also delivered leadership training courses and coaching for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the ICAEW and some Big Four Audit and Accountancy firms.

    These tutors are very well qualified and highly experienced individuals; one of these will deliver your workshop.
